“The Obama Portraits” made their debut on the façade of theMART at 9 p.m. on June 17! In conjunction with the Art Institute of Chicago’s presentation of “The Obama Portraits,” Art on theMART will present a dynamically animated projection of the portraits of President Barack Obama and former First Lady Michelle Obama by Kehinde Wiley and Amy Sherald, respectively. The projections, accompanied by a musical score, will run nightly at 9 and 9:30 p.m. through September 16. For more information, visit artonthemart.com/spring-2021/
