COVID VACCINATION SHOTS
If anyone is interested in being vaccinated the pre-registration link is below. If there are 20 or more pre-registered for the COVID vaccination shot, The City’s Vaccine Operations Center(mobile) will be on-site (at Navy Pier on Aug 4) to administer the vaccine shot. otherwise, they will have a vaccination outreach table, on-site, that will set up for future vaccination appointments at different locations.
• NO HEALTH INSURANCE OR ID REQUIRED
• PFIZER* (12+) AND JOHNSON & JOHNSON (18+)
• *Anyone under 18 years old must have a parent or guardian present to sign consent.
• Registration is encouraged. Walk ups are welcome.
