On February 11th, the Chicago Police Department and the Chicago Police Memorial Foundation honored fallen Commander Paul Bauer with a flag ceremony at the Training Academy. This weekend marks the 4th anniversary of his tragic death. He leaves a legacy that will never be forgotten.
