CTA is gathering input from communities and stakeholder groups to provide feedback to inform the Bus Vision Project, which is looking at CTA’s bus network as a whole to help refine priorities and standards for bus service. This feedback will help shape bus service design, standards, and future investments that will be developed in coordination with the Northern Illinois Transit Authority (NITA).
There are two ways that people can engage to share feedback:
1) An online survey – CLICK HERE (Open until November 30, 2026) People who complete the survey can enter for a chance to win one of five $100 digital Visa gift cards.
2) A series of events including in-person and virtual. Events will take place between October 27 and November 19, 2026. Registration is optional for these events; details regarding event time, location, are listed HERE.
