On August 26th at 11:30am at 400 N. Michigan Ave. there will be a commemoration of Jean Baptiste Pointe DuSable – founder of Chicago in 1779. You will have the opportunity to participate in a short program that will include a tour of the riverfront and visit to the site of the long-awaited DuSable Park – where leaders from across Chicagoland area will participate in “The Laying of the Wreath Ceremony.”
Riverfront meet-up location: 400 N. Michigan Ave.
