RNRA Sponsorship packages are designed to meet the needs and budgets of the local business community. Total costs will be shown at the bottom of this section based on the options selected. Non-proft partners recieve a 50% discount on all sponsorships and advertising, with the exception of the Dog-Friendly Area Powerwash. This discount will be calculated when you are invoiced.

VI. TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. Sponsor agrees that all sponsorship fees are nonrefundable, with the following exception. In the event that RNRA is unable to display Sponsor’s business through the applicable medium (website, mobile app, digital messaging or film program) to the extent described in this agreement, RNRA shall provide Sponsor with either (i) a refund of the cost applicable to the portion of the sponsorship package during which the Sponsor’s business was not displayed, or (ii) alternative “make good” sponsorship opportunities of equal or greater value. 2. For new sponsorships, the term of the Sponsorship agreement is from the date that the applicable sponsorship fee is received by RNRA through December 31 of that year. 3. This Agreement is subject to renewal by RNRA for succeeding sponsorship terms running from January 1 through December 31 of subsequent years. RNRA shall invoice Sponsor for the applicable sponsorship package fee. 4. Sponsor agrees to remit the sponsorship package fee to RNRA by check or via PayPal upon receipt of the invoice. Failure to pay the sponsorship package fee within 30 days may result in the cancellation of Sponsor’s sponsorship package, as determined in RNRA’s sole discretion. 5. RNRA reserves the right to increase or modify sponsorship fees or packages in its sole discretion. Any change in fees or modifications in sponsorship offerings shall be communicated to Sponsor and reflected in RNRA’s next applicable invoice to Sponsor. 6. Sponsor shall provide the form of the logo, images, and other materials (the “Sponsor Materials”) to be used by RNRA in the form and manner specified in this Agreement. 7. This Agreement shall be governed by Illinois law and is binding upon Sponsor and Sponsor's successors and assigns. 8. The venue for any legal action under this Agreement shall be Cook County, Illinois. 9. In the event of any legal action under this Agreement to collect payment of any outstanding sponsorship fees, Sponsor agrees to pay all costs and legal fees incurred by RNRA. 10. Integrated with this Agreement and incorporated herein by reference is "RNRA Sponsorship Opportunities" - posted at HTTP://www.rnrachicago.org/become-a-sponsor. 11. Force Majeure. RNRA shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from its failure to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement if such failure was the result of any circumstance outside of RNRA's control including, among other things, weather conditions, government act or act of God. 12. Severability. If any provision of this Agreement shall be held invalid and unenforceable, such holding shall not invalidate or render unenforceable any other provision of this Agreement. 13. Notices. All notices required or permitted under this Agreement shall be deemed given if sent by email or regular mail to the addresses stated by both Sponsor and RNRA in this Agreement. 14. Indemnification. Sponsor assumes the entire responsibility and hereby agrees to protect, indemnify, defend and hold harmless RNRA and any present or former Directors, Officers, employees, agents, independent contractors or subcontractors against all claims, losses and damages to persons or property, governmental charges or fines, and attorneys’ fees in connection with (i) the sponsorship activities performed under the Sponsorship Package, excluding any such liability caused by the sole negligence of RNRA, and (ii) any third party claims for infringement by the Sponsor Materials. 15. RNRA makes no representation, nor warranty about the effectiveness or result of Sponsor's sponsorship, logo or advertising. Sponsor warrants that it owns, or has obtained all necessary third party rights and permissions, to the Sponsor Materials provided to RNRA for use by RNRA hereunder. 16. The RNRA Privacy Policy and Terms of Use contain important information about all RNRA Sponsors and their use of the RNRA website and mobile app, which can be found on the RNRA website. By accepting this agreement, Sponsor also agrees that they accept both the RNRA Privacy Policy and Terms of Use when using RNRA's online services.

By clicking "Submit" below, Sponsor agrees to the Terms and Conditions stated in Section IV and in doing so, agrees to pay the applicable Sponsorship Fee. Sponsor further attests that the individual submitting this form is duly authorized to execute this Sponsorship Agreement on behalf of the named business or organization.
