18th District Community Policing Free Training – Stop the Bleed

Learn what everyone should know to stop the bleeding after an injury. Join CPDs Free training classes on February 21st and March 29th. You can save a life. Did you know the average time to bleed out is 3 to 5 minutes? The average time for First Responders to arrive is 7 to 10 minutes. Classes held at 1160 N.
