On April 23, Hawksmoor is partnering with Chef John Manion, from El Che Steakhouse and Brasero, for a one-night-only Beefsteaks dinner – a London tradition dating back almost 300 years.
Think of it as a collision of British beefsteak revelry, South American steakhouse mastery, and a room full of Chicagoans ready to get their hands messy.
