The Near North Unity Program (NNUP) and River North Residents Association (RNRA) have written to the Board of Commissioners at both the Chicago Park District and the Chicago Housing Authority about public safety concerns rising out of the improper use of Chicago Park District and Chicago Housing Authority land surrounding Stanton and Seward Parks in the Near North Community.
