Contest Rules
- Prizes will be awarded for the best entry in each of the following categories.
- Kids – newborn to 6 years old
- Kids – 7 to 12 years old
- Family or group
- RNRA will select finalists in each category based on costume originality and execution, and photo composition.
- Finalist photos will be posted on our website and distributed via online ballot.
- The entry receiving the most votes in each category will be declared the winner.
- Winners will be recognized online and receive a $25.00 Target gift card.
- Inappropriate submissions will be discarded.
- By entering this contest, participants agree to comply with these rules and the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, which are incorporated herein by reference.
