This is the 12th annual Big Fish Ball, Friends’ largest fundraising event. The event includes a fabulous cocktail hour on the river with an amazing opportunity to get up close and mingle with river animals and a delightful three-course dinner and program honoring the recipients of the Chicago River Blue Awards. The evening also includes a raffle featuring unique prizes and certificates from local businesses.
Make a whole night of it! Buy tickets to the special Shoreline Sightseeing After Party Cruise from 9 p.m. to 10 p.m. The cruise is a wonderful way to see the river and city’s amazing architecture in semi-darkness while sipping cocktails.
Gala Emcee: WGN-TV television presenter Elliott Bambrough, host of the Emmy award-winning weekly food series, “Chicago’s Best.”
