Alderman Reilly invites you to join him and the River North Residents Association (RNRA) at a community presentation for a development proposal at the property on 300 W. Huron Street.
Representatives of the JFJ Development Company team will present their proposal for the development of a 24-story 71 dwelling unit residential building with approximately 16,000 square feet of retail space. The building will provide 71 individual parking spaces. Of those 71 spaces, 57 will have the ability to accommodate a lift for residents needing parking for two cars. The site is currently undeveloped.
