18th District Court Advocacy Orientation & Training

Volunteer to work with other community members tracking court cases and attending judicial hearings. Court advocacy is a way to show support for victims and solidarity against crime in your community. The presence of Court Advocates in the courtroom sends a strong message to the defendant, the judge and all other interested parties in the criminal justice system that the community cares about the outcome of these cases and is wiling to devote its time and energies to monitoring the workings of the judicial system. Join us for an orientation and training that qualifies you to participate in this program.

RSVP on or before October 1, 2015 to: CAPS018district@chicagopolice.org
