Congratulations to Anti-Cruelty celebrating their 125th birthday! In celebration on March 7th, they unveiled their shortened name and introduced a new logo to go along with it. As they journeyed to their 125th year, they realized they had evolved as an organization and were no longer a society, but a movement. In addition to unveiling their new name and logo, today 42 Ward Alderman Brendan Reilly joined Anti-Cruelty President & CEO Tracy Elliott in the official naming of the East side of Grand Avenue between Wells and LaSalle as Honorary Rose Fay Thomas Way (Anti-Cruelty Founder).
