Every year, RNRA provides financial and promotional support to non-profits doing incredible work in our neighborhood.

This year, our “adopted” charities include Friends of the Parks, Gilda’s Club, Friends of the Chicago River, The Anti-Cruelty Society, The Chicago Help Initiative, the Chicago Police Memorial Foundation and Ignite the Spirit.

We are proud to have completed our 8th season of River North Clean Streets thanks to our generous program and block sponsors. Each year from May through October, this program clears ten tons of trash from our sponsored blocks, promotes recycling, enhances property values and quality-of-life, while providing life-changing support, training and temporary employment for hardworking Crew Members eager to achieve self-sufficiency. This year we were pleased to award the 2024 “Crew Member of the year award to Doral Marchman.
