Guest Speaker: Maggie Hickey – Come learn about the status of the important CPD Consent Decree, a court order that mandates certain police reforms for the Chicago Police Department. Maggie Hickey is the the Independant Monitor appointed by the Court
18th Police District Commander Michael Barz (or his representative) will provide an update on public safety issues.
