Thanks to all who made our first Resident Mixer of 2009 a smashing success!

Our gracious host, Manager Curtis Nordeen, made sure that the food, libations and atmosphere at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar, were all top flight.  The Sep 17 event was well attended and enjoyed by all.  Thanks Curtis!

Yoga in the Park
9am - 10am, Erie Park (Park 511)

Note: Yoga in the Park will be on hiatus on Sunday, September 27 and Sunday, October 4

The next session will be on Sunday, October 11, weather permitting.  See you then!

You’re invited to practice Ashtanga or Power Yoga, deepen your poses, reduce stress and have fun courtesy of Yogi-Jodi. As a certified instructor she will lead the class accommodating all skill levels. Wear comfortable clothing, bring your own yoga mat, and a bottle of  water to enjoy after class. It is recommended to start with an empty belly and to abstain from drinking water during your practice, as you don’t want to disrupt the cleansing process!
