Those changes were made and reflected in the Planned Development Amendment documents submitted for consideration. To view the developer's revised application and ordinance documents, please click HERE.
New 42nd Ward Map
New Ward Boundaries Affect River North
River North residents on the north side of the former 42nd Ward will now rely upon 2nd Ward Ald. Bob Fioretti for all constituent service requests moving forward, including: infrastructure repairs; public process for zoning and development proposals; community and condo association meetings; public safety issues; right-of-way concerns; and, of course, street cleaning and city garbage collection. Ald. Brendan Reilly will still represent the rest of the River North residents. For more information or questions concerning the new ward map, please click HERE.
